Fall In replaces the WhatsApp-and-spreadsheet routine that units use to take daily strength. Attendance is taken on a phone at First, Midday and Last Parade — or at a named conduct like IPPT or Range — and the parade-state message writes itself.
Statuses are the part that usually goes wrong on paper. In Fall In an MC is entered once with its dates, then appears on every parade in that window, rolls into its two-day post-monitoring period automatically, and clears itself. Nobody re-keys it each morning.
Take strength in one pass
The roster is grouped by platoon and section the way the unit actually falls in. Mark a section all-present in one tap, correct the exceptions, then Save & Lock — which snapshots the nominal roll so a later posting-out never rewrites a past parade.

Each status type keeps its own dated timeline, so a soldier can be on LD and RMJ at once without one overwriting the other. MC and LD roll into fixed two-day MC+ and LD+ monitoring periods, resolved at midnight and at write time, so backdated entries land correctly.
